Individual session

£60 per session in person or online

Every session lasts 60 minutes. If you don’t want to commit to a bundle, you can pay as you go with this single session option.

Bundle of 6

Therapy typically takes 6-12 sessions to make a real impact. Choosing a bundle is a great option to get the most for your money. A bundle of 6 will save you £30. Each session last 60 minutes. Bundles must be paid upfront at the time of booking.
