What issues do I work with?

I support people navigating a wide range of emotional challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Whether you're facing a recent crisis or long-standing struggles, therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on with care and clarity.

Much of my work centers around the impact of early relationships and how they continue to shape our lives. I support people navigating the deep pain such as:

  • fear of abandonment

  • codependency

  • enmeshment in relationships

  • attachment issues

  • trauma

  • childhood neglect or abuse

  • ongoing family conflict

 

 

Relationships

I also work with people who are trying to make sense of painful relationship experiences, both past and present. This might include:

 

  • emotional abuse

  • coercive control

  • controlling relationships

  •  domestic abuse

  •  narcissistic abuse

  •  sexual abuse/violence

  •  gaslighting

  •  financial abuse

  •  stalking

  •  cheating/infidelity

  •  trust issues

If at any point I feel the challenges you're facing are beyond my expertise, I will do what any responsible therapist would: refer you to a specialist who can provide the best care and support for your needs.
